This bow is surviveing the rigors of the challenge really well. I want to make sure it's worth sending in before i waste money on the shipping. I'm going to leave it strung today out doors and shoot...

Thimo the submission process does not include sending in the bow. Finalists will be cut from the submissions for further hands-on tesing. Not sure how many but if I was Dean I'd have a hard time...

Thanks for the extra info David. I just got done with the heatgun, with the bow clamped on a form. I'll post the pics as soon as it cools.

I didnt exactly give up on the challenge but I seem to have trouble getting all the elements, if I get a smooth shooter it tends to be harder to brace, I can get decent performance out of them but...

Steve you aint telling me nothing i haven't found out. Got the same problems on this end. I'll find out in a few day's whether i ruined or made this bow better.

I like the profile on that Thimo. What you reckon, reflex, deflex with a half pike to finish... I feel like a right slouch next to you...

Stovie, i don't know what to call it. It looks Asian in design now that it's strung. I'll be posting all the pics latter. Marc. You were dead on right. It's a breeze to brace now, and i didn't loose...

Here it is braced. I'm still working on the stain and handle wrap.
